Refund And Cancellation Policy

The health Package is valid for the [7] days from the time and date of invoice generation. After 7 days, the Customer shall not be entitled to claim for Services and the company shall have the right to forfeit the fees already paid in such a case. 

Hence, you have up to 7 days after receiving your package to submit your refund request. Please note, for any refund or cancellation, there will be an extra fee applied.
The Customer can contact us through e-mail id, in case of cancellation and refund.
The refund amount will be sent to the respective debit card/credit card/account from where payment was made and amount will not be refundable by any other mode.
The Company may at its sole discretion and without assigning any reason whatsoever at any time deactivate or/and suspend the User’s/Customer’s access to the Website and/or the Services (as the case may be) without giving any prior notice, to carry out system maintenance or/and upgrading or/and testing or/and repairs or/and other related work. Without prejudice to any other provisions of this Agreement, the Company shall not be liable to indemnify the User for any loss or/and damage or/and costs or/and expense that the User may suffer or incur, and no fees or/and charges payable by the User to the Company shall be deducted or refunded or rebated, as a result of such deactivation or/and suspension.
The health package must be unused, and with the original tags attached in its original packaging. Any signs of tampering with the package will make it ineligible for refund or cancellation. All custom packageds cannot be refunded or cancelled. We are also unable to refund or cancel any package once it has been altered by any third-party.
No refunds are possible on customized packages.
In any case if we accept the exchange and the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old package, you will have to pay the difference between the new package chosen and the amount paid towards the old package/service. In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old package, the difference will be held as a credit for future packages.
You will be refunded your full amount (minus costs incurred) once the package/service has been delivered back to our office and passes our inspection. To get started please email us at
